Sensational Sunday!

Though I may not be feeling so great, the sun brightens my day (once I've left the cave that is my bedroom 😜).

Food for thought: Do you stress over what to eat? Want to keep it clean but bored of the usual bland foods? Anxious about overeating? End up starving yourself instead?

Sometimes you can't overthink about your fueling. Feed your soul.

I was grateful to have my leftover soup (chicken tomato and orzo) and tossed in fresh baby spinach, few cubes of sweet potato and #dang chile lime toasted coconut chips!

Always try to have key staples at hand like fresh greens, eggs, liquid egg whites, fresh or frozen berries, sweet potato, nuts, seeds, #coconutchips as well as certain spices.

Enliven your food with colors and flavors! Eat what you love but keep portions controlled.

Keep it healthy but keep it real. Fake foods are not worth the calories. But eating too much of the good stuff can still be calorie bombs.

Be mindful with your intake be it whole foods or liquids. If you have a goal to shoot for, you have to be a bit stricter. But no need to lose your sanity in the process.

Find the formula that works for you and stick with it! It's a journey in exploration with your body, mind and soul. Trust the process but do the work!
